Loved the place, had a really really nice stay for a room at the back. We had a marvellous full English breakfast with lots of meals. The room was neat and airy, we would stay here again.

The staff were attentive, and the room was brand-new with 2 single beds.

Unfortunately internet was terrible.

There were lovely staff and location for a very nice stay in the hotel itself. I really enjoyed the room with a very comfy bed. Everything seemed really good, clean.

The staff is informative, the breakfast gorgeous, the ocation is quiet not far from the centre, a supermarket and shops.

Great value, and the location was tranquil for exploring York. The view was great and the breakfast was superb. Generally comfortable unit with utensils and cutlery.

Beds were very big and the breakfast was simple continental! Vintage and appropriate rooms with incredibly polite staff. Fab location, a short way from bettys cafe tea rooms. Lovely garden and lovely pool.

Great value, flawless service. For breakfast there was continental with cereals and scrambled eggs to choose from. Magnificent view, a great balcony, good bed, too. Lobby had snacks.

The thorough personnel were more than helpful.

I had a very lovely stay here, fantastic value for money. Perfectly situated, cosy rooms with smart design. Perfect beds, climate control and ample space were a nice touch. Early check in and WELCOMING service.

overall, excellent value for money, would book again. spent a nice evening at taas restaurant, located just next door to the venue. the bed was comfortable, no problems with sleep. also, it had parking nearby.

Kind stuff and a very clean hotel. It was so close to York Beach. Good choice for breakfast...

the convenience of getting to yorkshire museum and being near stonegate. train station york was less than 13 minutes walk away. in love with georgian house.
